I remember coming home from school early, my brother was sitting in front of the TV, and watching the news. I arrived just before the second plane hit the building, we watched it live. It was awesome seeing muricans getting what they deserve. We opened a beer for the show too.
Seriously, it happened 16 years ago, time to get over it fucking crybabies.
Also yes, Tower 1 and Tower 2 were both actually transmission towers and demolition deteriorated the field they were generating.
America was drunk off a blood bubble coagulating since the fall of the wall.
This was a needle.
All I'm asking is where the hell are all the bodies. If those planes were full of people, body parts should have been all over the place. Oh, and the fact that people could call from cellphones on the planes.
I saw the smoke from the Pentagon that day. My school was locked up and secured by the officers there due to fears of terrorist attack. We were all released shortly after and told to all go home. I remember the streets being completely empty. Think the walking dead empty. Was scary as fuck.
I hated how my autistic as fuck parents and other friends' parents kept watching the crash over and over. The news and media milked the fuck out of it. IDGAF. It's ~3000 people who would have died eventually anyhow. I'm mad as fuck that my parents and so on had to hold on so deeply. Move on.
I was 17 when it happened. I have moved on from the images and memories of that day, but there are times when I hear some personal account or see some image and it brings back the emotions felt that day.
oh, and another thing I'll add: 9/11 was basically a second Pearl Harbor. I just don't care anymore. There will be another similar attack later in our lives or just after we die. It will cause the same traumatic effect of being the "thing" that everyone remembers. None of this matters.
>>392204 (OP) >skip school cause sick >dad didnt work because hes firefighter and sick too >spend morning with him >first plane hits, live in midtown highrise >what the fuck? turn on the news >look outside, can see burning WTC >son... I'll be back. can you take care of yourself and the house for me? >sure pops! thats a big fire huh? >yeah
>>392243 >grow older >whole city doesnt seem the same >sister and mom crying >nobody is learning at school >join the army like my grandfather before my father >dont even care,i killed the women, the men and the children too
Hypernormalisation is a really good documentary that briefly touches on the events of 9/11, but mostly the history of the west starting in the 60's that led to the modern world.
It is a long, but very good watch.
Thats some quality backpedaling you gormless fuckwit. Given every reverse image search points to a 9/11 thread, i'm thinking your best course or action is to never speak or talk online again simply because everything you express is wrong and dumb and bad and only confirms that people don't like you. Especially your parents. They don't even wish you were dead like the rest of us. The wish they had simply never birthed you in the first place.
You're an embarrassment to them. Kill yourself. Preferably by shooting out the window of a skyscraper and leaping.
This is why everybody hates he USA. You fucking assholes keep reminding us of such a small event that happened nearly 2 decades ago. Even though you assholes have invaded TWO countries, and absolutely fucked them up.
But no we should care about this event. And forget about all the people you bombed into oblivion because of petty reasons.
I was on my way to my piano teacher when the first plane hit. Funny thing that the lesson was dismissed bc of that event, in fucking Germany. I mean what the fuck? I was only 11 y/o at that time, so i sat there (at my Piano teachers house) and watched the buildings collapse into virtually nothing. It was that moment that i realized there was something fishy about the whole thing. I'm not saying the Americans did that themselves because I can't know. But what about the 3rd building that collapsed that day without even an Airplane hitting it. Why don't we talk about that?
2 Countries? Hahaha. Guatemala, Nicuragua, El Salvador, Panama, Brazil, Chile list goes on and on. Funding Conservative Extremist right wing parties in those countries resulting in death of 100 thounsands
well it was the first time the US got punched back and real hard, too. americans still don't know how to handle being treaded like they treaded other countries for decades.
like a school bully who goes berserk when the kid he bullies fights back. "how dare they punch ME?! I'm the boss here, I'll show you"
and they showed by being at war constantly in multiple countries at the same time
If 9/11 was a conspiracy, it was the CIA paying "preachers" to convince a bunch a young assholes to hijack planes and fly them into buildings for allah, none of that controlled demolition and thermite bullshit.
The day the US proved, once again, they were ready to kill their own people just to start a war. A war we all still pay the price, especially Europe and Middle-East.
The whole terrorism crisis comes from there.
Yea man, all the media did was play that shit over and over and over for 5 years straight. On top of all the fear mongering. It's no wonder why you millennialist are so fucked up. Those of us in our 20's and 30's at the time, just shook our heads and trust the government even less. Those who actually believe 911 was done by terrorists are still the brainwashed sheep they were back then. They continue to believe and watch the news and make it a part of their lives.
What I'd like to know is where was Obama during 9/11. He was strangely absent during the entire debacle, never gave a speech reassuring the nation, hidden away in a bunker. A poor excuse for a president.
I was 17 aswell, in 11th grade, Living in Houston TX. I don't recall things changing much at all. Nothing changed at home or at school. I don't recall anyone being overly hung up about it. I do remember alot of American flags though.
Australia grade 7 at the time here. Didn't register as a significant event to this day. Then learnt civil engineering confirming controlled demolition of 3 towers. Who cares. People are fucking retarded. Infinitely worse horros and atrocities occur and by the government too.
First true statement on the thread. If you fat assed Americans in any way believe the official narrative despite the overwhelming anomalies that happened that day then I don’t know what to tell you. Hundreds of thousands of civilians have died because of these lies by your own filthy government since...
Reply if you want but I’ll be wanking off in an incest thread by the time you do, more honesty to be found there.
Good day niggers
I was 28 when 9/11 happened. Had just dropped my wife off at her office and would have gone to mine but it came on the news. We lived in RI so totally freaked out, texted her to come back out to the car and we went home to figure out if we needed to pack or bunker down or an hero or what.
Consequences were never the same.
The conspiracy theories are adorable. Even funnier than flat earth and no moon landing types. I mean if you want to believe it was an inside job, fine but to act like the planes weren’t real planes or something is ridiculous. If they weren’t real flights where are all the people who didn’t die on the actual flights?
9/11 was a good day for US mainstream media; they got vastly increased viewership and made TONS of money...
Thus, they tried to find a way to keep all that viewership and income... The result is what you see now; an absolute circus, divisive in nature, and turning absolutely anything into political/social/etc. catastrophe...
The bulk of this thread displays the side-effects of entertainment media...
Which country? Afganistan, whose govt we have a contract with to be there? Iraq whose government we have a contract with to be there? Iraq wanted their dictator? I think not. We helped the people there and they now want us to stay and keep them safe and free for the first time in their lives. You know nothing.
>>392204 (OP) >maybe about 10 years old at gradeschool on long island >teachers are all starting a commotion and won't tell the kids what's good. >parents are picking children up from school. >i take a bus ride home and hear the news. >run into the backyard and start shaking nervously. >stepdad barely made it out. he was working for the MTA. >over the next few days i heard stories of the cleanup and the bodies. >he had a camera confiscated.
yeah it changed me a little bit. i don't fuck with venues these days. i don't care what people say about "if you're scared they win."
all i have to say to that is i'm still alive and i want to keep it that way.
yes, yes it did. It's a huge undertaking of a social engineering experiment that was a succes. After 9-11 and all the tv reports coupled with all the side information blaming it on the goverment (rightfully so) generated cognitive dissonance in the general population whitch is a precursor to stronger manipulation techiques. The first simptom of cognitive dissonance is the inabillity to decide and act. So, in a nutshell, one of the objectives of the incident was to turn US citicens into hipercompliant drones using confusion from the contradicting information and shame/guilt from letting this happen and paranoia and distrust in all leadership. Unfortunately this won't have the best outcome for the peoples. I hope things will get better, no one deserves to live like that.
same technique and base information is used by cults to keep members compliant. Not fake memories, just pure manipulation. 9-11 did happen, it was an inside job, it did give the best excuse to go to war and did create a dangerous precedent and also messed with people's minds quite alot.
European here. I was 20yo, my mum told me to come watch the tv and I came just in time to see the second plane hit. Mum started crying and I was just fascinated, spellbound, waiting to see if the buildings will fall.
Then went to see a friend, talked about if this will be our generations "shots in Sarajevo", made plans for what to do if WW3 hit.
Then spent a lot of time talking about the spectacle of it all, the coordination, discipline and symbolic value. I mean, a relatively small group of people managed to destroy the two most phallic icons of capitalism in the world, with their own airplanes! At that time the term terrorism was not so much related to islam. RAF, Weather Underground, the Jackal etc, there were terror and hostage situations with "worthy causes" it seemed.
Somehow today islamic terror is the most feared and talked about thing in the world. It's pretty impressive how they managed to pull that off.
Outrageous conspiracy theories help cover up and make people dismiss proper critical investigations. There's only one docu I find worthwhile, it does something really simple, it looks at how stock markets behaved in the weeks leading up to 9/11. A lot of fishy and well documented stuff here.
planes were a distraction, it was a mere controlled demoltion,
fires have never caused the total
collapse of a steel-framed high-rise before or since 9/11.
Did we witness an unprecedented event three separate
times on September 11, 2001? The NIST reports, which
attempted to support that unlikely conclusion, fail to persuade
a growing number of architects, engineers, and
scientists. Instead, the evidence points overwhelmingly
to the conclusion that all three buildings were destroyed
by controlled demolition. Given the far-reaching implications,
it is morally imperative that this hypothesis be
the subject of a truly scientific and impartial investigation

Sure, compare outlandish conspiracy theories to actual commonplace conspiracies. Governments killing their own people is nothing new, we've had false flag ops as long as we've had civilization. Not sure how brainwashed you have to be to fail to accept your government isn't some white night better than the rest.
>>392217 >Oh, and the fact that people could call from cellphones on the planes.
No one knew the planes were going to crash. Cell phones weren't as popular then, and the few people who had them were probably old enough to remember other hijackings, where the terrorists landed, made demands, and released hostages. No one thought this was any different until the planes hit the buildings.
>>393868 >But there were explosives inside
Nah. Those "explosions" heard were pieces of the building violently ripping apart and breaking. You have countless thousands of tons dropping onto supports that were never meant to hold all that weight themselves, and catastrophic failure is the result. When things snap and break, they make sounds. When large things snap and break, they make very loud sounds. Sounds which, to fuckface cop and joe firefighter may sound like explosions, because they are trying to find an apt comparison. No one ever says that tornadoes are actually trains, even though everyone says they sound the same...
